What does “original design” mean ?
Based on the requested information, customer needs, and the environment of the actual factory,
we design equipment, jigs, and automation equipment exclusively for the customer.
In addition, based on our exclusive design,
we carry out everything from manufacturing equipment to installation at the customer's factory.
Examples of achievements
Engraving inspection device (automatic transfer)
- Stamp the serial number after inserting the workpiece.
- Color inspection (confirm the orientation of the workpiece), airtightness inspection (twice), and flow rate inspection are performed automatically.
- In all processes, if a defect occurs, it will be dropped into the built-in defect box.
- After the inspection is completed, only the products that pass the inspection are transported to the inspection finished box.
Leak test device
- After setting the workpiece, press the start button to clamp the workpiece from both directions.
- Inject air and send the results to the leak tester.
- Unclamp after the test passes. In the case of failure, the NG lamp lights while clamping remains.
